This place has bad business practices. They don't honor their listed price after posting online. I guess they used me to jack up the price on another customer. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

They wasn't able to run wires to connect speakers that I purchased so they just returned the speakers and gave me my money back because they can't run a wire I thought they did installation and either they or someone in their parking lot stole the license plate off the front of my truck what a joke

Paul is amazing to work with! He is very knowledgable and has a great ear. Thanks for setting us up with an early birthday present!

Great selection but absolutely horrible customer service. The lady at the door was nice, but when I tried to talk to the car audio guy it all went down hill. While I was talking to him he didn't even look away from something he was typing on his computer for a solid minute or two. Tried to ask him about getting a JL w3 sub and amp I had been looking at. once I told him I had a budget of 3.5k he said there wasn't really anything they could do for that little. He pretty much sounded like I was a huge waste of his time to him and seemed to try his best to not work with me and shut me down. Keep in mind the sub and amp I want cost about 1.2k in total, so 3.5k wasn't enough somehow? Felt like pulling teeth getting this guy to do an audio demo. I could tell by his demeanor the whole thing just felt like I was wasting his time or that 3.5k wasn't enough. After that I left. My girlfriend stayed silent while we were there, but one we got in the car she said she could not believe how rude the car audio guy was and that I was too nice to him. The next day I went to Cartronics of Murfreesboro. They went all out, tested my car audio to get a feel for what I could improve. They suggested doing a back to back audio demo of several subs for me. Now I'm going to buy that same amp and sub from them that I was looking at at Hifi Buys. install cost less than $400, but they said because of where everything is located in my system I could likely do it myself easily and save myself some money. They even explained how I would do that. Now I'm also looking at getting a few Audiofrog mid speakers, and secondary battery from them. Maybe My experience being so bad was just a fluke. Maybe he was having a bad day, But as someone who has been in commission sales and customer service for about 6 years now, that was some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I never leave reviews anywhere, but I just wanted the owner to know about my experience. Hopefully it can improve. Sales people should look for a way to make it work, not the other way around.

Yed Possible Can Depending On The Damage. In My Case It Was Just A Better Option To Buy Another Set Which Happens To Have Been A Newer And Better Set Than What Got Damaged!
Unfortunately no, we don’t repair reel to reels.
It is a very welcoming environment. Great atmosphere and the salespeople are very knowledgeable
