The Geniuses are friendly once you get to speak with them. It is easy to make appointments. If you walk in, you will likely have to wait. The store is very loud and brightly lit. If you’re hypersensitive, I recommend earplugs. There is a lot to look at and a lot going on. It is not a calm, relaxing environment where you can get individual attention

Go to a Walmart, and there should be a photo machine. In the photo machine there should be a usb and lighting cable so you can connect your phone, and print pictures from your gallery.

Yes it does. I went last month had no issues. Make sure you schedule a appointment first as you can be there for upto 2 hours just waiting if you don't.

either the network or a software issue. try resetting network settings and reconnecting to wifi, then seeing if it can do it after that. depends on the type of pictures and where theyre uploading

They dont sell used cell phones at the store, but you can go to there website and purchase a used Apple phone. I called them about two weeks ago with the same question. Good luck. (This was a question a person had pertaining to the Apple store @ green hills location.)
Best to call them. This not for asking questions of the store but a community of people able to help with things like parking and location.
