Very rude from top to bottom. Felt as if I wasn't welcome from the moment I walked through the door as I was being mean mugged the entire time. Maybe it's because of the area this location is situated in, but that still isn't an excuse for poor customer service. Sandwich maker was very short with and also barely put any meat cheese or veggies on my foot long. I had to repeatedly ask for better portions. Just unprofessional all in all. Then i notice Mr. Patel commenting positive things but then again i guess you have too when you're the owner lol what a joke

Food was fresh and tasted GREAT!! Friendly service :) Also very nice inside, clean, and colorful :) Also great food selection including protein bowls :) Just wish they would install a DRIVE THRU!! I believe business would increase GREATLY.... Because it's right off Murfreesboro Pike close to downtown, and people don't want to get out of their cars coming home from work downtown. Hope you're listening, Subway :)

I adore Mike and his staff. I will drive across town to visit this location. The food is always fresh and they are absolutely customer oriented. They go above and beyond every time we visit. I definitely would recommend this location!!
