On November 8 2019 one of their cab drivers hit my car. Got all the information. My insurance company has tried getting their insurance information by calling them and trying to get a hold of the driver. Because when they put the vin number it came back as having no insurance. How can a cab company have no insurance? I have tried to call them so I can get my car fixed and my hospital Bill's paid. But no answer. Please be careful when using this cab company. They may not have insurance. And their drivers are the worst.

@ Dialysis & I Lost the cab drivers # he wrote down 4 me on a small scrap piece of paper. We talked on the ride 2 my treatment. I told him the treatments usually Last 4.5 hours considering unhooking my body from the machine. The driver never received a call from me OR the Dialysis center due to the Lost #. He got worried he said & his supervisor did as well. The cab driver drove back to where he dropped me off @ almost 6 hours ago & came into the treatment center inquiring about my whereabouts - just as we were frantically trying to find me alternative transportation across town in Gallatin 37066 @ 9 PM - as I was the Last patient. The treatment center workers needed to finish closing down the center for the night & get home to their family. I am grateful the cab driver came back blindly concerning the exact time of my pick - up. Not knowing the centers phone #. Only armed with knowledge of my drop off address & a guess of a 4 hours window medical visit. 👍 👌 🤝 👏 🙏 - Ian Harper ( Gallatin 37066 )

Very bad experience today with Green Cab. Called at 8:32 am for a cab. Attendant said they would send cab. Called back at 9:04 am and told them the cab never arrived. Attendant said the pickup was marked "Completed" in their system. Attendant said another cab was in the area and it would arrive in a few minutes. Called back at 9:21 am and asked about status of cab and advised that I was trying to get to my destination for a 9:30 meeting. Attendant said cab was on the way. I asked if she could advise where the cab was currently and how long before its arrival. Attendant said I was very rude and then she cancelled the pickup. Left me with no pickup and caused me to miss my business meeting. Tried to call back 3 times to discuss; they would answer the phone and immediately hang up, presumably because they could see my called ID number. Based on this absolute worst experience with a cab company, they just converted me to signing up with UBER. Very unprofessional, unwarranted, and actually stupid when it was their mistake all along, especially in this age of alternate transportation options like UBER and LYFT.

Its $2 a mile and meeter starts at $3. So a 120 miles will be $243 plus tip.
