I ordered a Grilled chicken sandwich w no lettuce. But what I got was a small piece of chicken that u could barely see on the bun with edges that was literally as hard as a rock. so by time I picked the hard piece's off I had very little chicken left on my sandwich it was almost like a chicken fry from Burger King. My son's drink had no sprite in it. It was only CO2. So you couldn't drink it. This is just rediculess , specially since the price of everything has went up. I ordered grilled chicken meal and 2 hot dogs ,fries, n drink and it was $22. I could have got a tomato sandwich at home if that's what I wanted.

I'm not to excited about this place. They can't get there things together the way the should. The whole place inside smell like garbage. They need to clean more often or at least to put some strong air freshener. It do need it. We don't live in Hiawassee. We visited from time to time. We go by DQ because is not much around to buy something sweet to eat like this.

No lights on outside again! Cannot see the menu in the drive thru in the dark. I think this is the 6th time and nothing has been rectified so we left. They had 6 chances to get it corrected and nothing has been done. Worst Dairy Queen we have ever been to. Will not go again!

Absolutely one of the worst run fast food franchises I have ever seen. I have been here 5 times over the last 12 months. Drive thru = 2 trips, Dine-in = 1 trip, Take out= 2 trips. EVERY SINGLE TIME WAS A DISASTER!!!! 1. In going thru the drive-thru, I have to constantly repeat my orders no matter how simple. Pay attention! 2. They will start an order on the microphone then go "Can you hold a minute?" and walk off. If you are not ready, do not engage the customer! And certainly once started do not end the conversation until the full order is given! 3. In 1 trip through the Drive-thru, with only 1 car in line with me and no one eating inside, I sat at the window for 12 minutes having gotten only my drink. 1 worker walks over, opens the window and asks " Why are you parked here?" I wanted to say that I had made a wrong turn on I-75. My order that took so long? 1 hamburger, 1 hot dog, 1 onion ring, 1 drink. Took almost 15 minutes. 4. Regularly out of food items. 5. They do not give receipts. 6. If you get a receipt, it will not be an itemized receipt. 7. Small menu board does not have all prices which means without itemized receipt you do not know what you are being charged. 8. Was overcharged on one of my 5 trips... got my order wrong on two others. 9. On 1 take-out trip, I ordered large onion rings with a burger... got charged for a huge box of o-rings which was NOT what I ordered. I have ordered large rings at many DQs including this one and never got a huge box of them!!! 10. On 1 take-out trip, I started my order...was interupted when the guy taking order decided he would yell something to a co-worker and at a later point just left the register while I still ordering and had the manager try to complete the order. 11. On most of the orders, basic extras like napkins, utensils, ketchup, etc. were left out. 12. Workers have no idea what customer service is. They routinely fail to listen, walk away from customers, and ignore folks. They do not take pride in the job. 13. Owners are either unaware, unconcerned or incapable of fixing the problems. There is more but you get the idea. I do not recommend!!!
