Took my car to get an oil change at 9am, was told it would be about an hour. Not! It took about 5+ hours. On top of that when I got back from Friendswood at around a little over 5pm, they didn’t even offer a discount. I brought it up, they told me they already applied it but the price didn’t change from the quote they gave me In the morning. Will never go back.

I’ve used Firestone in the past. Not this location. This was my first and last visit. Came in for an oil change, fuel filter change cabin air filter change and engine air filter. They called me to let me know that the oil change was done and that they had no idea about the fuel filter and “no one called them back” about getting the filters. Pathetic. Was going to spend 300 plus for the services and walked out with a oil change only. Not good business. Makes me think twice about using any Firestone for any reason in the future.

Been coming here with my Benz for years because of the short distance to my place. I’m specifically writing this review (my first ever 1 star review) because I just got off the phone with ERIC and his attitude was poor and his customer service skills were weak in overall quality. All the women that work here are usually nice, even the men, but I’m pretty sure Eric is having an off day today. Hope your day gets better Eric! Thanks for the optimism through the phone… Driving to another Firestone location now.
