I have visited this place a few times.. the landlord is not help to the renters...They jack up the rent at outrage price when the list up.. Some of the apartments flood went it be a hard rain..Went you put in a work order they take their time on doing it and it doesn't be up to part..I hope in the future that the apartment will be better and set price between 700.00 to 800.00... This can be a nice place if the manger can work with renters..

I talk to somebody she was very nice paid the Application fee now I can’t get an answer about my Application I been calling for three weeks straight and have yet to get any answer about my Application. I call and I all I get is somebody saying the same thing I’ll send a email or leave a message for the property manager. Three weeks of this I just feel like they took my money for the Application fee

The worst place in union city is rather stay in a shelter. The fat lazy rental lady will scam and lie to cover herself for mistakes and mishaps on the property she created. She once closed down the office a few days when rents due because she somehow broke her tooth on a ham sandwich. If you can't keep up with your teeth how can you keep up with a property. Get your life together cause you definitely won't help this roach infested complex become reviatilzed THE OWNER MAKES Up FAKE REViEWS to RAISE UP THE RATING SCORE check out the profiles that are 4 stars and up there profiles only have one rating

Veronica Hatcher is telling 100% truth on her review. I lived at this apartment complex from 2014 - 2017. The current management took over the property in 2017, which is why my wife and I no longer live there and moved to a better property instead of renewing our lease. We were never threaten with eviction...ever. We've had our dogs (legally) since 2015 before the current management took over and was so told by the previous property manager to wait until we renewed to add my wife. Needless to say (and I mean this in the nicest way possible) the current management is trash and a liar. Very unprofessional. Bye, Felicia. Do better, hun. Edit: I truly feel sorry for the owners to have such an unpleasant, unprofessional, low-class, unethical liar working over a property with so much potential. In her reply, instead of telling the truth she would rather try... and I mean try... to cover her unprofessional actions with fabrications. I have no reason to lie but she does. My wife and I married Feb. 2016. We went to the manger at that time May 2016 and showed her our marriage certificate. She said to wait to place my wife on the lease. I went back in September 2016 and the manger at that time said to wait until my lease was up in May to add my wife. So that's what we did. The management company took over in January 2017. Our lease expired May 2017. We sent in the form given to us by the new company to renew in March or April 2017 with a maintenance request for a carpet cleaning, which the previous company allowed upon renewal, unknowing that this was something the new company did not allow. The manger was insulted because I said the company was "thifty" and said that if I didn't like it we could move...i said we would move. Only after I contacted the BBB in May, did she try to cover her ASSets....by saying we were bad residents. Girl, bye. I should say thank you to the current manger. Due to her unprofessionalism, we moved on to a much happier and peaceful experience. So thanks, hun. We appreciate you much.
