We absolutely love it here. Attis is a beautiful community with many great features already available (and some will be available soon!). We have lived in many apartments over the years, and the second that we finished the tour at Attis -- we both knew that we didn't need to look any further. Our two-bedroom apartment is exactly what we were looking for... granite counter-tops, dark wood cabinets, beautiful blue tile back-splashes, and new stainless steel appliances. It's important to note how great the staff in the community are. The leasing and office staff (Josh, especially) and all of the maintenance technicians are truly one-of-a-kind in their level of customer service. Service requests are promptly responded to, and notice of any work being done on the property that would affect your unit or parking lot are given well in advance. Attis seems to be well ahead of the curve when it comes to technology in the apartments and communicating with their residents. The Nest thermostat is great and helps us conserve energy when we are away from home. We love the text message and email updates when a package has arrived, and even the texts to remind us that work will be done on the property the next day are great (i.e. repaving, pressure washing, etc.) The community is still finishing up their extensive renovations, but we truly haven't been inconvenienced by any of work. Our neighbors are quiet and the grounds are kept up with. In reading many of the reviews before we chose this property, it was noted that many people dealt with bugs in their apartment. It's important to keep in mind that the community is located in a wooded area, and pests are to be expected. Since the small pest control fee is included in your rent payment each month, setting a reminder on my phone to request a pest control visit monthly has been a great way for us to remember to be proactive about it. The pest control company leaves you a note to let you know that they treated, and communicates with the office staff if a follow up call needs to be made. Finally, the location of this apartment is fabulous. Although Holcomb's Bridge Road can be a bit busy at times, the proximity of great shopping and restaurants is well worth it.

No dedicated dog park. There is small grass patch next to the pool (pool is fenced) that people use. Otherwise dogs are mostly walked around on roads.
They were built in the 80s but are all renovated recently. Our apartment has all new appliances and we got new A/C unit after the old one broke.
Opens at 10 AM, closes at 9 PM. Used to be 10 PM but they changed recently due to misbehaving individuals. Closed on all Mondays.
There will be grand opening on May 11th.
Note it should be Holcombs Pond Court.
