I recently finished up moving in Atlantic Newtown. And I gotta say for my first time they made it pretty seamless. There was always some available to ask questions and emails were responded to in a timely manner. The apartment I moved into was nice and clean and any issues I did have that were left by the last tenant they fixed for us. Really nice first time renter experience.

The management and maintenance staff at The Atlantic Newtown have BLOWN ME AWAY in the first month of us living here. Backstory: my roommate and I were in for our final inspection for our first apartment last month -- long story short, there was black mold in all the places it shouldn't be; it was unliveable. Don't rent from 1900 Rosemont in Roswell. We voided our lease and went to visit Atlantic Newtown the same afternoon and put our application in. Special shout-out to Rickaya in the leasing office because she is AWESOME!!!! She heard our story from the nightmare apartment and did everything she could to make us feel at home and comfortable in the process -- from letting us see our 2 bedroom 2 bath the same day we visited to helping us get the leasing process completed quickly and efficiently, she has excellent communication skills and was on the ball. She even went in before our move in that next Saturday and mopped the floors and sprayed some nice scenting perfume in the apartment. Talk about a personal touch and care for your community. YOU ROCK! Another shout-out to the maintenance crew for being on top of it and efficient -- they did a renovation above our apartment one of the days I was moving and they were quick and clean. There was hardware on the grass near the apartment but as soon as they were done -- boom, everything was cleaned up and mopped. They came in for our inspection review yesterday and got everything major fixed that we pointed out. THAT is a sign of a good crew and a well maintained apartment complex.
