Great property, great people!

I've lived here just under a year and hope to be here a few more! The property is conveniently located with quick access to Ga-400, Northpoint Mall, The Avalon and lots of restaurants and bars within minutes. This is an older neighborhood, but with recent upgrades. I have had postive experiences with Peggy the property manager when needing to discuss issues and she has been more than willing to work with us regarding pet fee's, etc. Stefani and Alex are always welcoming and helpful and are a joy to interact with as well. The property is on the pricey side, but that is offset due to the proximity and convenience it affords. The property is wooded and so insects are expected, but using the pest control service with my own preventative maintenance, I have not had any issues! The neighborhood has easy access to The Greenway as well, which is great for morning or evening walks or bike rides with the family! The color.scheme is very neutral and gives a nice clean look!

If I had to rate less than one star I would do that. I had been staying for almost a year, the maintenance is so bad like you can find cockroaches all over and even after number of times complaining nobody would even come to check or call the pest control people to clean. Bath tub had the paint come off and it took 6months for them to respond to the complaint. Finally they kept charging 2000$ + when we terminated our lease, saying the fridge was not clean, carpet was not clean. Worst ever place to live. I would never ever recommend anyone to stay in such a horrible place.
