5/5 Great community and superior treadmill

Cortland Lex is beautiful! It’s next to great schools, lots of fun coffee shops, restaurants, and areas that are lively and wonderful to walk in, plus it’s central to everything. However, this place shines because of its team more than anything else. Chris, Garry, Bridget, and Anthony all went above and beyond multiple times in what I would call outside of their scope of work to make our welcome and stay here very welcoming and happy. Thank you guys so much!!

I give this property 1 star because I’m constantly being harassed about using my grill on my back patio area in which I’ve explained to the office many times that I’m outside of my patio and far enough following the rules. I email the office and call when I’m going to use my grill to notify them in the event someone complains so they already know I’ve moved my grill away from the building. Even with taking this action and physically taking pictures of me grilling away from the patio 10-90 feet away David the manager threatened me with a cease and desist or fines. Even when I park at the property I share with others to come home to (reported) notes on my vehicle harassing me the office staff does nothing about it. My space is constantly compromised with neighbors bird feeders and the office at the lex does nothing about it. I rate this property at a 20% because I love the pool that’s about it.

I don't know the total number of apartments in the entire neighborhood, but, if you have a 3 bedroom apartment, there are only 2 apartments per floor and only 3 floors per building. Granted, there are 2 sides to each building (left and right breezeways), which totals 12 apartments for that one entire building.
Is there some type of map that shows the buildings in relation to where the pool dog park, entrance...are etc. I’m interested in a three bedroom. Just would like to know what buildings are located where at on the property.
