I should’ve read that last review before going here. Don’t waste your money here! Paid for full interior cleaning and shampooing. Spent $130 for the car to still be dirty, looks like he just vacuumed it out. Waste of money.

I am SO impressed with the quality of work Marcus has done and the service at his company! I wanted to have my car smelling and looking fresh and clean before my dad got in town for the weekend, so after seeing 5 stars on Yelp for Trophy Auto Spa, I gave them a call. Marcus was able to fit me in for the full detail two days later and work with my work schedule (9-5) by staying late for me to drop off my car and have it cleaned the following day. I felt confident in knowing my car was secure with the gate he had out front of the shop. When I dropped my car off, I spoke with Marcus to let him know of my end goal. He took the time to examine my car, point out things I hadn't even noticed were there (e.g. a water stain mark) and ask me questions about my car. I was already impressed at this point, but the following day when I came to pick up my car, I was amazed! I take good care of my car, but this is the nicest I've seen it look ever. The exterior is smooth from the carnauba wax, the wheels and interior are shining, the floor and seats look brand new, and my car smells great! So happy with Trophy Auto Spa and highly recommend this company. Marcus is the nicest guy to work with and will do anything to make sure your car turns out looking beautiful! 5 stars!

After living in San Diego for over 7 years now, I have been to most all of the top detail/car wash services around. Some have given good service where others have given not so good service. I drive a Mercedes so I always want to make sure that my car is looking tip top shape, so it is very disappointing when I pay for a top of the line detail service (inside and out) and get a finished result that is mediocre. I heard about Trophy Auto Spa through a buddy of mine who had gotten his car detailed by them in Pacific Beach a few months back. I am always inclined to try new places when it comes to my car, whether it is a service or a car detail, because you never know if your getting the best service or not unless you actually experience something else. So I took my friends word for it and gave them a call. To be honest, I really don't have the time to be writing reviews for every place I go to for any kind of service, but after my experience with Trophy Auto Spa, I felt they deserved a great review and some recognition for the exceptional service they provided me. I had spoken to both Marcus and JP who are the owners of Trophy Auto Spa and from the beginning their customer service exceeded any car detail service I had ever been to. I mean the other places were good but these guys made it a priority to listen and adhere to all my needs before I even brought my car in. I had them do a full interior and exterior detail with a clay bar. After dropping my car off with Marcus I was a little skeptical and curious to see how it would turn out due to the fact I had them clay bar my car. When I returned, I was more then impressed, I was amazed how clean my car looked both inside and out. The biggest thing I look for when getting my car detailed are streaks from the armorall on the inside or the wax on the outside, but in this case I couldn't find any streaks. I was also very impressed how well the clay bar turned out. With the last clay bar I had done, the guys working on my car missed a few spots where my car was still very rough and didn't have that smooth surface you expect after a clay bar. So after Trophy clay bared my car, I literally ran my hand over the entire car just to check for rough patches and they hit every spot with the clay bar. I was impressed! I know I went into large detail for a car wash/detail review, but I am a businessman and very understanding on what it takes to start a business especially in a very competitive market as this one. These guys have amazing customer service as well as prices that will beat most if not all other detail services in San Diego. Most importantly, They did such an amazing job detailing the inside and outside of my car that I would rate their skill set very very high (10/10). Thank you guys for doing such a great job all the way around, you have definitely gained my support. Keep up the good work Trophy Auto Spa!
