I have to say that Thanh Khuu has great customer service. He told me straight out what I needed to get done and didn't add any unnecessary items to be done. I contacted him via email because I wasn't sure if my car had damage before or after I took it to the dealer. He was able to get back to me really quickly. I really appreciate him and I will be asking for him personally for all my upcoming appointments!

Michael was so helpful in explaining the car information and made sure we get the best deal. The whole team was so accommodating and even helped us with the car insurance! We are so happy with our vehicle, the color of it and all the features. Michael even made sure to set up the screen system and bluetooth features for us. We couldn't thank him more! Really professional and his personality made things even more fun and easy going for us.

I was really impressed how quickly, easy and without pressure I've been able to switch my cars. Everyone knows that car dealers are very heavy sales people, however my experience was very pleasant and I had my space and time to make decisions without pressure. Very friendly office and at the same time professional. Thank you Chris & Sebastian for the great experience.

You need to call them and tell them that you didn't get it yet and it should take two weeks
I am not sure my husband just bought a truck in December. You can call the service department. At dealership expect to pay a little more than you would than going to say a jiffy lube and they take longer . I used to work for a dealership.
They always say you need something, because they don't make money off oil changes, just go to your family mechanic or Valvoline oil place it's will probably be cheaper.
To the service shop, I don't know. For sales, you can go without an appointment.
No. I go to Firestone in Mira Mesa.
It would depend on what service your car needs ....but it shouldn't cost more than 400.00 at most and Even cheaper if you have a warranty.
Whay ever you do don't bring your Nissan to the Nissan dealership they are notorious for over charging people by thousands of dollars and there is even many lawsuits going on right now for them straight up lieing to people. I happened to be one of those people.
