Some friends and I recently met here to discuss a new venture before going out. There were maybe 5 of us at one point sitting around snacking and there was more than enough room. Although a little dated I don't mind because it's larger than most rooms. A full refrigerator was a plus for me. When I stayed overnight I felt perfectly safe. Not far from the mall, restaurants or park. I will be back.

Very old and dated rooms. Pool was full of algae and out of service. Mainly an extended stay and not the typical Marriot property. Lobby and breakfast area were nice. Staff was friendly.

I travel a good bit and stay at everything from boutique hotels on embassy row in DC to Days Inns in Ohio. The front desk staff, as other reviewers have mentioned, is very friendly and do what they can to help. I'm giving a 1-star rating because of the condition of the rooms. I stayed here on two different nights about a week apart. 1st stay: I made a reservation through the Marriott 800# for a 2-bedroom room. When I arrived I was told that they did not even have a 2-bedroom room. I specifically asked, "Do you not have a 2-bedroom available or don't have one at all ?" I was told, We don't have any 2-bedrooms at all." which is puzzling considering that the most recent 2/5 reviewer said she stayed in one. I was told, "You should've called us directly and not the 800#." I asked if I could pay for the room with Marriott Rewards points and was told, "We don't have any rooms that are redeemable with points." The room itself in building 7 was average. A couple of the chairs at the table had torn fabric and the liquid soap dispenser in the shower was empty. But the room itself was 'servicable'. 2nd stay: Again I made a reservation through the 800# but for a 1-bedroom and when I showed up this time there was no issue with the reservation. When I got to the room in building 4 though . . . it felt hot and smelled musty; like it hadn't been used in a while. The AC display indicated a temperature of 77. I lowered the temp setting to 72. After about an hour, I looked at the thermostat and it now indicated 78. I used a chair to feel the airflow from the vent and it wasn't even remotely cold; more like just a breeze. So I went to open the door to the little balcony. There, I found a large plastic cup with about half a beverage in it and multiple cigarette butts. So I left the door closed. THE TEMPERATURE NEVER GOT BELOW 78. I did not call the front desk to ask if they had another room as my traveling companion and I were quite tired and didn't feel like moving. Additionally, the tub had some sort of odd stain/substance near the drain. It wasn't rust; it was like tar or a sealant. But this time, there was soap in the dispenser. When checking out, I told the front desk person (who was doubling as the breakfast area attendant) about the issue with the AC and to her credit, she did offer to give me some extra Marriott points; which I declined. So in summation, if you have a big family, traveling party or are a group of construction workers where you have to pack 'em in a room and cook meals versus eat out for a week, this place might work for you. It didn't for me and I won't be back; not when I can get a cleaner/more comfortable/cheaper room at the next exit.

I've stayed here multiple times and currently have reservations for future stays. Very clean, staff is pleasant and accommodating, I don't feel like I'm at a hotel or a college dorm full of hallways with a common area. The personal check-in is quick... in & out in 5-7 mins. No digital key option, but I personally like the one-on-one check in. I highly recommend them!
