The hotel is very easy to get to and is right behind the mall beside a Hampton Inn. There is a lot of parking spaces around the hotel, but there is also an exhibit hall here so if there is something on in it the parking fills up I was able to check in & get my digital key on the app so walked straight on up to the room when I arrived The room was a good size with a king size bed, which is very comfy, large flat screen TV, coffee machine, microwave & fridge. I liked the extra armchair which was very comfy to sit in so you don’t always have to sit on the bed, the work table was also a good size and had a chair that you could adjust the height on. The wifi is free and was strong throughout the hotel The sink in the bathroom was built into the unit so there is lots of space to store your toiletries. The shower is big and has great pressure. The hairdryer is a standard hairdryer and isn’t stuck to the wall or wired in so you can easily use it anywhere in the room There is a lot of storage space in the room so you can easily properly unpack if you wish As I didn’t check in at reception I didn’t get the information on housekeeping which is that due to covid you have to request it For food the hotel has it’s own restaurant – I didn’t eat in it so can’t comment – and there is another restaurant just across the road . Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant but I didn’t take breakfast The bar opens at 5pm and closes at 10pm and there is a lot of seating areas around it, plus there is also the outside area with the fire pit to relax in, which I love. The female bar tender that served me was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly To the right of reception there is a mini market which has snacks, toiletries in case you have forgotten something, and food – it had a good enough selection There is an outdoor pool, but it was closed for the season when I was there. One thing I love about this hotel is the gym. It is larger than most hotel gyms, although it does only have 3 pieces of equipment – a treadmill, an elliptical trainer and a stationary bike – but there is a lot of free space so that a couple of people can do their own workouts at the same time using the mats, Pilates ball, kettlebells or free weights Overall this is a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it

We were in town for my cousin’s graduation from USC Upstate. Our rooms were great, except one had a clogged sink (gross, housekeeping should have caught that). The staff was amazing; they always acknowledged and helped us. The party was also here in a private ballroom. The food and drinks were beautifully presented, properly temped, & delicious. We had an amazing time!

My stay at the Hilton garden inn was very pleasant, I was there for a business trip. Fatama was very wonderful. We chatted a bit, she was very friendly and helpful. Hayden did a wonderful job. I didn't even have to ask for anything. They both made my stay good. The only thing I would change is the buffet for breakfast, it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Fatama and Hayden thank you for making my stay very good.

Check in was quick and seamless! The pool was out of service for the season which is unfortunate because this wasn't made clear during booking. They offer a buffet style breakfast but you have to pay ~$12 per person to indulge in. Their basic wifi is free and easy enough to log into. The TV in room is huge and the bed we had was incredibly soft and comfy. Our room definitely didn't have a view or anything but I didn't book expecting one. We had a wonderfully short walk to the movie theater nearby. My biggest struggle with this hotel is everything echos/sounds seem to bounce off the room walls. The AC sounds like rain outside which is soothing but it's also very loud! Overall I would book again because it's close and convenient. Mostly everything i'd want out of a place like this was provided so I appreciate that.
