Great hotel. Awesome breakfast with vanilla and chocolate waffles, mango, blackberry, blueberry, and maple syrups. Bacon, eggs, and oatmeal with brown sugar and yummy candied fruit topping. Very nice and unexpected. The rooms were clean, modern, and updated.

Beware of fraudulent, rude management. Will charge you for damages they may have done before your arrival and covered up. Hold you as the scape goat especially if you’re black and from out of town. Sad, sad, sad. So much for customer service. Not only was I billed $500 for damages we did not incur, I was billed for an extra night at regular room rate, as a no show after the concierge granted us a group discount!! So much for an accommodation. Was told I needed to have cancelled the reservation after the fact?! But who knew the desk rep created an entirely new conf #?! I didn’t until I was billed and NO ONE notified me of any of the charges or alleged damages… they just appeared on my credit card statement. Horrible business practices. And I’m an HiltonHonors member… very displeased. One room was cold, couldn’t find the the thermostat….and the other was dingy, and smelled funny. But because we were only there or a few hours at night, and with a group, we dealt with it. I usually prefer a much more comfortable and clean environment and should have left.

Very nice staff. Very cordial and friendly. Rooms ok, not Deluxe. Some rooms have old TVs without HDMI, so if you want to watch on your Fire stick or Roku, you're out of luck. Ask for the rooms with upgraded TVs. Some rooms have Jacuzzi. Ok for a night maybe two, had a motel feel. Breakfast was substantial, with eggs, sausage (Kielbasa type ) waffles, packaged cupcakes etc.

Very nice, clean, quiet accommodations just off the interstate and close to various stores and restaurants. Morning breakfast was substantial with good variety and ample time each a.m. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great stay!!
