This is a Nice place to Visit, I didn't give it a Five Star because of some of the other BonVoy places I stay at. Outdoor pool was Big,but could've used a better cleaning,the Jacuzzi was absolutely Disgusting. Bugs,Leaves,and Dirt. It has it's good and Bad. It was convenient for us to watch the Fireworks in Spartanburg. It could use some improvements. The Bar/Restaurant was decent,the complementary Breakfast was Awesome and the Hostess was Great. I'd go back here.

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds for the 4 of us. When we came in they didn’t have any left, so they gave us a king with a pull-out couch. The pull-out was super uncomfortable. Breakfast is NOT included at all. You have to pay for it or purchase a voucher. We were not told about this. The toilet was wobbly when we arrived and there is no fan ventilation in the bathroom for when you shower. The water smells dirty and I felt less clean than before I showered. The pictures make you think the place is great, but it’s not.

The building and common areas are nice but the rooms are painfully dated. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are in serious need of updating/remodel. It's almost like a time capsule the only thing that has been changed is the tube tv to a 1st generation flat screen.

Tried to book for a wedding, was told we had the date, and then it was like pulling teeth to get Her to send us the contract. Then she EMAILS us and says that the dates were booked by someone else... and that there is NO availability for that week as far as rooms go. The entire hotel Is booked 1.5 years ahead of time... okay... no worries we found a better venue. -this was about 5months ago
