Very nice check in staff. Room was clean and ready at 4 when we checked in. Easy to find parking. This location used to be great but with the mall falling apart at this point it hurts the location but quieter location than it used to be

Highlights

Thermostat appeared to be broken in our room (never could get temp to rise above 65). Many TV channels experienced digital breakup. TV's are 32" (strange, considering that larger size TV's are so cheap these days and it would have been nice to have had a larger screen). On a positive note, the staff was very friendly.

We were in town for a family event, this Hampton has the best staff! Everyone from the front desk clerks to the breakfast attendant to the housekeeping staff were not only friendly but also perfectly helpful! It's not a brand new building but they keep it very clean and comfortable. We'd definatly stay here again!

Fairly decent. Was just in town for a brief working event. Bed was comfortable and choice of channel selection was good. Amenities appeared to work with a hot breakfast! For real, a hot breakfast! Friendly staff. I used to be a Choice Hotel member but I’m switching allegiance! Spend a bit more and quality goes through your expectations!
