Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store for a haircut. I made an appointment online and then was called one hour prior to my appointment and was told my appointment had to be canceled due to a system error. I was rescheduled for the following day, which was fine but this was a bit of an inconvenience for me. On the day of my appointment I asked for a simple haircut with face framing layers and a refresh on my existing layers as well. After the cut, my layers were not properly blended and I felt I had an excess of bulk on my crown. I asked my stylist to please fix this and after two attempts I still saw no difference. I was told by the stylist that the problem was with my "texture" and my existing highlights 🤨 I have never been told this, I have thick hair but it's still fairly straight. The front of my hair was styled just as poorly and I left the salon very dissatisfied. I called the following day to have it fixed for a third time and was told that there was nothing the stylist could do and again was told that my hairs thick texture was to blame. I have always gone to Ulta for haircuts and hair treatments, but this is my first negative experience. This will be my first and last time at this location.

I absolutely love getting my brows done by Joy at Ulta!!!! The wax and tint is my favorite! My brows ALWAYS look stunning, I don't have to fill them in for about 3 weeks, and I ALWAYS get so many compliments on them! Today I also received the wax & relax also... life-changing! It was so relaxing and refreshing!! Joy pays attention to every detail in my brows, and she is so friendly and welcoming!! If you're looking for a true Arch Expert and/or to pamper yourself book your appointment NOW!!!
