This was a very pleasant surprise for a breakfast and lunch or brunch place. we could never make it there because of the hours: it closes at 2.30pm and it is closed on Sunday and Monday. This is not a greasy spoon place! It is not franchised and it does not smell burned grease! Hurray! This is my only place for breakfast or lunch in Seneca and the surrounding area. My eggs were handled with care and tendernesses! They came out precisely “over medium“. The biscuits were fresh big and fluffy. Very tasty local sausage, coffee excellent. The Armageddon breakfast was too big but totally delicious according to husbands comments. I wish they were open on Sundays. I wish to tell everyone this is my new breakfast lunch restaurant. I will be revisiting and encourage all to go 😋😋

Not exactly on a main drag but it's easy to find if you know where to look. Plenty of parking and the tables have folding screens between them if you're concerned about spacing. The service was good and the server was pleasant. Now for the food and drink. The coffee was hot and black but a bit weak on coffee flavor. I got the pulled pork and grits bowl with eggs scrambled. There was also some gouda cheese in the mix. It was tasty and filling. The grits were creamy consistency, the pork was good but could have been smokier. The BBQ sauce was sweet and tangy. Unfortunately the gouda was overshadowed by the BBQ sauce for me. Overall though it was a good experience. I've got a couple of things already in mind for future visits. 3/26/22 edit Rating stayed the same but just a plug for the Mediterranean omelet. They load it with the fillings and the looked and tasted pretty fresh. Tasty.

I grew up going to Betty's Hungry House with my grandfather, so it was sad to move back and discover it gone, replaced with Dimas Brothers Cafe. But, as a professional cook and Southern Breakfast aficionado, I had to try it. Two weeks ago I ordered online the Farmhouse breakfast with my eggs over easy. I did take out, but I live close. BEST BREAKFAST IN SOUTH CAROLINA! My eggs yolks were beautifully runny, the pancake was fluffy, the biscuit was angelic. Do NOT miss this place. Very reasonable prices for excellent quality and delicious, memorable food. I look forward to exploring the lunch menu. Google knows I stopped by Dimas today and asked if I wanted to update my review, and I do. I actually ordered lunch today, a rarity for me. Steak Philly with extra onions. They're still epic. My only regret was I didn't order a couple of biscuits, too!

Breakfast and lunch served while their open. Today I had the Mediterranean Omelette with home fries and a biscuit (yay carbs!). It was delicious and very filling. The coffee was really smooth and my cup never got below half. Service was fast, the server kept a constant check on us. The dining area was spotless and the restrooms clean. Why not 5 stars? Because 5 stars is reserved for Mom’s cooking. 🙂
