My little girl and I came in today and I couldn't believe what I was hearing. The music that was playing over the loud speaker was talking about being in the fields and picking cotton. Are you kidding me and you have black employees working in the kitchen. While the two white employees are up front doing nothing at all. How much more upfront and in your face can you get. On top of all that the lady manager with the short hair on many occasions is very rude and disrespectful to customers.

The worst Popeyes ❗❗❗ Rudest hospitality at the 🔊 Took their precious time to ask to take my order. I ordered a 3pc dark combo all legs. Large or medium she asks and what to drink. Total for a medium was $13.79. I didn't get a biscuit so I called and the man said they ran out of biscuits basically it's not their fault. Please don't waste your time or dollars

I’m only giving this location a 1 is because I can’t give it a zero! First off I placed my order online yesterday, when I arrive 10 minutes later, they had no other customers in the drive through at all but didn’t have my order, I go up to the window and ask to add a sweet tea while I wait, which was so sweet I couldn’t drink it. One employee was arguing with who I assume is the manager, she came to close the window so we couldn’t hear the employee cussing her. We are told to drive forward and they will bring our food out. 25 minutes later we get the food. Get home and they didn’t give us our nuggets, so we drive back out. I thought I had ordered red beans and rice and said they had forgot that too when I called once I got home. They wanted to charge me for the rice, which wasn’t on my ticket, at this point, NO!!!! I will never go back to that location, the whole experience was disappointing!!!! If this is Popeyes standards I will never go back to any Popeyes! The best part was the amusing argument we got to hear!

Twice in less than 4 days drive off with no meal. First time it’s 11:50 am, no regular (not spicy) chicken! What??? No regular chicken at a chicken restaurant? Second time, 10:03 am, 3 cars in parking lot for staff and no one will answer the queue speaker, the drive up window so drove around again can see no employees on floor or in kitchen working. I called. Rang many time and then answering machine said the mailbox was full. This is ridiculous! I’ve worked restaurants during college many years ago and this was not the appropriate or acceptable work environment for a successful restaurant. What is the wold coming to? I will say, I do like this chicken or wouldn’t keep coming back.

Well someone usually makes the decision to close early, then they lock the doors. They clean up, count the money and call it a day. It's pretty simple actually. You see there is an extreme shortage of food workers right now. People feel entitled to make $20 an hour for a $5 an hour job and only work the days they want. People feel above any restaurant job and would rather sit at home and mooch off others and the government. So the question you are asking would be better answered by you maybe? I dunno thanks!
