Old Navy - with Curbside Pickup

I really like Old Navy's clothes. But this particular store drives me nuts. I clothes shop a few times a year at most. And usually online. We walk into Old Navy to shop and every one is very nice until you check out and you don't want to give up your email for phone number. I have been in the store 2x the last month which is unusual. I've explained I simply want to purchase my items and I don't get out personal information. I don't care about the points I won't have them! And it's been met with a complete change in attitude towards myself and my daughter while paying. The employees have become pushy and rude with me as soon as I decline. Why can't people just shop and pay no days ? I guess I'll just have to find another store to shop with. I refuse to be hassled when purchasing items over personal information.

The clothes are comparable to Goodwill/thrift store out dated styles. Also the inclusive plus size is great in jeans but the shirts and sweaters are CROP TOPS. Not everyone can pull those off. Even the regular shirts are to short for plus or a medium size person. Children's has great selections as well as Mens. Staff is always helpful in any store Ive been in.

Awful experience. Store has signs on front of building upto 50% off store wide… Every item I bought was full price yet on racks with deceiving discounts posted right above it. If my daughter wasn’t there I would made it known and put it all back. Ridiculous and shady game they play. They did nothing to accommodate any discounts. I hope someone reaches out to me for more details.

Nice Cust Service. I was not too pleased with their selection of clothing. It appears more desirable items are found online. While I love the convenience of online shopping I was looking for an ensemble for the next day. Online shopping was not going to meet that time frame.
