Walked in looking for a very specific replacement pod for a caliburn g that I had bought elsewhere two days prior and broke the bottom trying to pull the coil out. (Don't use too much force when you resort to pliers...) I'm from out of town, and tried several other shops I searched to find on gmaps. No one had the parts. I walked in and was greeted by two extremely polite and friendly staff members. Asked if they had a replacement. The clerk said we have the coils but idk about the pod. I noticed the other employee take one out of a device box, and said here's one. I paid, and thanked them for going above and beyond for me in an unfamiliar area. This place is awesome 😎

Yes but not at madvapes. They don't take anything back. You have to keep your receipt of the product take a picture of the nod the problem and receipt and mail it in to the distributor. The company that made the product should have procedures in their webpage and a email address to contact them. Then go from there
