Publix Super Market at Center Point

Went to Publix today to grab some items for a work party. I had 3 separate orders in my cart. Went to the Express Lane and was told to stop by the older cashier in a very loud voice that I could not come in there as I had more than 10 items. I explained that I had 3 orders and that they had allowed me to do that before. She said No. She was very rude. It was a total embarrassment. As much as I love shopping here, I am done with Publix. I work in an industry where you take care of your customers. This cashier is a testament to the fact that customer service has truly gone down hill and that stores do not care who they hire. Goodbye Publix!!

My only grocery store. They're still struggling with supply issues but the store personnel are happy to help you find substitutes where available. In-house deli, bakery, fresh seafood market, and fresh-made sushi every day. Order ahead to avoid crowds. Publix's own touch pay app available. The only thing I'm not happy about is brand names being pushed out to make space for Publix brand items. Often it's the only choice.

Publix is not my all time grocery store. Prices are way too high. Fish department smells strongly. Just went today to see if they would have an item I can't find elsewhere. They didn't, but still bought a few items. Sorry....I can't be more positive.

Went to the Deli for their gourmet cupCakes 🧁 ... and macaroons ...delicious clerk was really helpful and quick...they have a many of sweet treats here along with many deli items to choose from...May you find what you are looking for here...The SmithClan
