Went in today (7/4/22) for a very bad tension headache the nurse at front desk was very kind and I was taken back very quickly. The triage nurse came right in and then I saw the doctor not long after that. They fixed me right up and I’m already feeling better. I also have to mention you could tell the lobby and back area was very sanitized and not to mention when I was walking out the nurse from the front desk was sanitizing everything again. Great staff and office 👍 I would give ten stars if I could.

The LPN was not very helpful for a sinus infection. I can diagnose it myself,I just cannot write me a prescription for antibiotics and steroids. The other staff was great but he was terrible. 1st and last time I will see him. I will go to another location.

If I could rate this place no stars, I would. But it was the only way I could write a review. Would not recommend this urgent care. They told me it would be 30 minutes (I went in at 10:30) to receive a text message to come back in the lobby to fill out paper work before being seen. I left after an hour and went to the emergency room instead (and this was not an emergency to begin with - I could not schedule a same day visit with my regular doctor so I chose to go here). I received a voicemail at 3:30 (five hours later) saying they were ready to see us. Highly ridiculous. I understand due to covid that doctor’s office have to practice social distancing, but telling your patients to go outside to the parking lot instead of being inside is ridiculous - and probably made the office workers up front forget who came in line first!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. I checked in online and received a text 30 minutes before my appointment time. I was a first-time patient so I spent about 10 minutes completing paperwork. I saw the doctor within 15 minutes of my arrival. Everyone was extremely nice and seemed genuinely concerned about my health. I read through some of the other reviews and am shocked as my experience was outstanding.
