Worse service ever at the women shoe department. They just don't want to help you and when they do they take forever. Even here several times and is always the same. Today only one girl came from the back and starting to help the long line that have been waiting for over 20 minutes. I asked and someone told me her name is Jennifer. I think she is the youngest one at this department. Then another women approached to her and asked her why she was helping if it was already 7pm??? I was shocked!!! But the girl said because I have to. And she was the only one helping us. I hope she gets move to another position because she understands what customer service is about. Other than that worse service ever this department needs improvement as soon as possible.

Very expensive! But I was able to find my pretty dress for my boyfriend's graduation here ($50+), girls at the fitting rooms didn't look like they cared about their job. When I asked if I can go in, they just kept gossiping and looking at their phones without acknowledging me

The employees seemed like they lost their sense of reality and we're mentally drained. Literally walked up to someone to ask where a Levi's section was and was just not even glanced as she was just not even present. I come back later to wait in line to pay, same person and she doesn't even finish helping the line and goes on break. I was now next in line and other employees are calling people behind me in line to help elsewhere. I was finally helped as someone manned the vacant register and they forgot to remove a security tag from my pants, and it wasn't even triggered leaving the store so I had no idea until I got home

Wonderful store. The lady who checked us out was wonderful. The girl helping was honest and kind. Have been coming for years. Glad they are open again
