This place is such a treasure in the valley. Incredible shopping experience for models, crafts and hobbies. Helpful staff and so much variety you can spend hours just choosing what you want to build.

While I haven't lived in the Valley for a long time now, when I go to the hobby shops that are near by where I live they have absolutely nothing compared to Smith Brothers in terms of paints, selection, advice and knowledge. Truly one of the best hobby shops out there. Greetings from Lawrence, KS (Yes, I was feeling nostalgic today)

Great hobby store with knowledgeable employees. They have some gas powered rc car parts but they mostly specialize in electrical ones. It's sad that most hobby shops have closed down and you can't go in and talk with experts but now you have to search on Amazon to fix or upgrade something.

I'm the kind of guy who goes to Japan to buy model kits. This store is the best I've seen in America. They have a lot of kits and books on consignment so you get a huge selection of rare treats. They also have new releases. Also, in the American hobby stores the staff tend to be very rude and condescending to customers-- not here! Very friendly, genuine staff. Prices were very good on the things I bought. Good job Smith Brothers, I wish you many years of business.

We have basic electric trainer starting at $59.99, it is 21 inch wingspan, comes with the radio, battey, charger built into the radio. From there, they go up to $299.99
Their is no catalog. It's a small shop with lots of stuff. Car and aircraft models, r/c planes, r/c cars (electric and gas), train stuff, model rockets etc. I've been going there for over 15 years. Dave and Jason are the most knowledgeable.
Hi Douglas. They closed down quite a while back. Northridge is the last of the stores left.
Maybe in a die cast metal, if not I'm almost certain they can order it
Hi Zack, Thanks for your question. We can assist with some guidance. Generally, we work on vehicles we have parts for. So it depends on exactly what you have. Give us a call anytime and we can break it down for you better. Regards, S.B.
Yes they do but I would call to make sure they have the right one you're looking for.
Hi Mike. We apologize, we do not have the means to work on 1/5th vehicles. Thanks for checking with us and hopefully you find a fix.
Yes, Smith Bros are handling the protocols the professional way. Just respectfully follow they're rules and enjoy the store😀 you will for sure get the best service.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
What is your MAH on the 3S lipo?
I am sorry, we do not.
They do Have Ho scale, from DC to DCC, as far as structures mostly buildings in Kit form, scenery such as trees brushes, roadways bridge levels nd accessories
Sorry, no Clay tools
sorry, we do not carry nitro cars, so we do not have the parts. We can order them.
I'll have to say maybe not, but they might be able to order it or show you were to find it.
Try The Train Shack on Hollywood Way in Burbank.
Dave and his crew are a great bunch of guys. Ive been buying models from them for years. If they don't have it in stock, they will find it for you. Usually with a pretty quick turnaround.
