Terrible experience. We have a small event for 5/16 that required 3 tables and 19 chairs. We called with over a weeks notice and were told to just come pick them up the day before since it was such a small amount. We listened and called again on 5/14 to verify we could just pick them up the next day, we were told yes. Today 5/15 we call and say we are going to pick them up and are told “well you should be fine but we are really busy, we still have a lot of tables and chairs though so you should be good”. We show up and are told there are no tables and chairs. Too bad for us, maybe we should just try in the morning (after the Event was supposed to start) to pick them up. Now the rest of the party supply places are either closed or completely booked out. If you couldn’t supply us with what we were asking for then just tell us. Now we spent time and gas driving here to be greeted rudely and rushed out the door. Not a good way to do business in my opinion. “Byeeee, and have a good day” in the same sarcastic tone the employee used as we left their location…
