Delicious lunch at Claim Jumper Northridge! KRISTINA was our server and she did a terrific job taking care of us. We shared Buffalo Cauliflower and Potato Skins to start (+ Horseshoe Margarita). Then shared Lobster BLT and Tri-Trip (w/Bleu Cheese add) and finished with the Caramel Pecan Butter Cake. Definitely recommend everything but Lobster BLT was 😋❤️.

Extremely disappointing. Years ago the food was good. It was my wife's choice for birthday dinner. Her beer battered fish was nasty. It was well cooked, however the beer was so strong it left a strange taste in the mouth. I had a lobster sandwich which was too runny. I forgot what our son had but he wasn't too thrilled either. They change the coleslaw it used to be good, but now it hardly had any flavor or sauce / mayonnaise / dressing. The service was great. But we won't eat there again. The men's restroom was disgusting but of course after I told the manager it got cleaned. I will actually call the manager and let her know when I get around to it. A drag. Maybe if you just stick to the beef dishes and the hamburgers it'll be worth it. But I guess you can't deviate from that. Oh well......

The staff and crew are great. They did all they could to make this an enjoyable experience. I heard and saw Management dealing with a table and they did an excellent job handling their issue. To be honest, this is in no way shape or form what I used to enjoy. The food is 50/50, the appetizers and desserts were better than the meal. Most of my meal came out cold and was very very bland. If not for the staff, my score would be a 1. How can so much food be so bad all at the same time?! For what you are paying, I expected the food to be much much better. I used to come here all the time, I honestly will not be coming back anytime soon. It is a shame too, the menu looks like there is a lot of great dishes, but the people making it need to do a better job. FYI, THERE IS A 3% SURCHARGE TO EVERY BILL! Their explanation is that it helps with rising costs.

This place has alot to offer from oven brick pizzas to seafood and steaks. I like to try different restaurants owned by landrys and this place is a good one. I will be coming back when I'm in town.
