Terribly. My mother arrived to this little shop of horror, after she fractured her hip and underwent surgery at NYH Weil Cornell. She did well. My biggest mistake was to choose this killing field. First, my mother got a bedsore .. and she got a stroke because she was not given the medication on time! These people technically killed my mother I found her alone in the dinning room. I took her to the emergency room. I always fed my mother. I did their job. They were incapable to do that. I wanted to get my mother to be discharged ASAP, but they gave me excusesI This Shop of horror is understaffed. A few workers do a good job! When patients buzz for help from their room, they did not get their attention, but how? If the electronic board was disconnected!!I saw it with my own eyes.!People were in pain or filthy with feces for hours!

Very nice clean. Lots of kind staffs. Need to be checked in and fast COVID test. Takes about 25 min to visit a resident.

The worst experience I've ever had, nobody will do anything for you here

The patient would need a 72 hour hospital admission in order for insurance to cover rehab or long term care. No insurance is $500 per day.

Kind of standard practice in medical Healthcare facilities. There are many other residents all around. They have a right to privacy. It is not the same as standing out on a public street.
You should probably call them on the phone and find out.
