Beautiful park, everyone has a little green lawn. Big trees, nicely kept up. The clubhouse is now open and the people walking around the neighborhood are friendly.

Nice & Clean! ...My sis ,who is a resident, had our niece's baby shower in their clubhouse..which was nice but we were suddenly bombarded (by their maintenance guy) with rules we had no idea about when she rented the venue...It was a bit stressful but we got through it!

If you don't have good enough credit for a trailer park you have problems
It is a senior community. Every buyer must be over age 55
You would have to ask the property manager the village.

Contact the office. The staff has all the up-to-date information. You may need to know that this mobile home park is for senior citizens,so there is an age qualification as well.
There are generally mobile homes available in the park to purchase. All mobile homes brought to the park must be approved first by management. The rent space to park the mobile home is separate, as are the utilities. The rent space alone will run at least $1000 per month. The park is for seniors over 55 years old.
