Brought my Milwaukee Impact in for repair about a month ago. Before starting, the owner notified me that there had been some shipping delays, stock shortage on some parts, before asking if I wanted to proceed which was very professional. He even went the extra mile to find out whether my tool was still under warranty or not (which it was) which was a big help for me as far as cost wise. Got a call from the store when they discovered my parts were taking longer than expected to arrive for repair (which was awesome as well) all in this place has been On Poont and have def earned a future customer 🤘🏽

Dont mind paying for convenience, but some of their prices are outrages. They also charge a shipping and handling fee for any items they order for you. No refund nor exchange. Make sure it is the correct item before you purchase. Ordered a part and employees said 2 weeks max. Because they work with that supplier. Its been 6 weeks, no clue when part will get to Lee's tools. Cannot cancel item, because they state its enroute. Come here as a last resort or when uts an absolute last resort. Don't try to pet the French bull dog that runs around store, they don like if you try to pick him up or caress him. As cute as it might seem pets, do not belong in any place of business, to roam freely. Will not ever return. Taking a loss for item ordered. Stay safe everyone.

Very bad store, do not admit mistakes when doing something wrong. After preparing a negative review for goole, they will scold the customer for being excessive, and will not respond directly after being shown evidence that the store itself has a problem. Very arrogant business behavior.

I enjoy going into this store, their prices are much lower than home depot and they repair tools. They have many tools and attachments that the other hardware stores don't even offer.

Yeah I seen a couple Milwaukee backpacks not sure about other brands
Need a mask to go in the store and social distancing Like Steve Gonzo said. We also limit the customer count . no more than 8 - 10 customers in the store at one time. We also disinfect the whole store with Vital Oxide Concentrate. We have always been ahead of the safety protocols. We only want nothing but the best for our customers and staff.
yes we have almost everything in stock. if not we can order it up for you. also we have it in multiple brands. come on in.
We repair warranty issues with proofs of purchase to after warranty service work for almost all major brands.
They are good but they take a long time and they don't give you the tool in time
