It's very clean and organized place. But the customer service needs to improve, or at least the training new employees part does. Long story short we needed to purchase the shoes at that wss to pick up at another and the team member was very slow I understand he is probably new and training but we were there maybe like 25 minutes just waiting to get the transaction complete.

We want to get shoes for father's day. I found some really pretty pair of vans. They had black and white squares. I liked them and decided to get them, except it didn't fit me so I had to return it. But anyways, WSS has amazing shoes. :)

All the customer service reps are polite. They ask you do you need help before you need help😂 The security guards are polite too. It's a shoe store so nothing I can really review but they got a great selection for cheaper than the mall. The store was clean and organized. Join the WSS reward program to save money.
