Ordered a motor from the Grainger website, the order was acknowledged and I picked up the motor. On inspection the motor was the wrong voltage. Grainger offered to provide to correct the order for $800 more than was offered on line. There was no resolution. They will not stand by their ads.

this is the first time I've ordered with Grainger and I don't believe that I'll do it again. I placed an order that I need right away. the reservation was for two days out. I called to let them know that I was in a hurry for this order but I could only get ahold of some customer service person in who knows where. I wanted to call the store that I'm picking it up from so that I can ask them to rush this order so if it happens to come into the branch a little early I would really appreciate a little bit of heads up to come on in. The fact that I can't talk to someone there on the floor makes me think that my company should use a company that has a little bit more of a personal touch.
