This is a follow up review. First of all. I have to say this is by far the best experience I have had with a dealership, and I have had plenty in my life. Chuck was professional in every way imaginable. Friendly, upfront, and always willing to go above and beyond. My lady and I were extremely impressed with the Dedication and quality for customer service. I came in with set numbers and goals. Chuck and the finance gentleman did everything they possibly can to make the deal work for all of us. A week ago I was looking at a 2022 3500HD AT4 with a standard box and I just couldn’t go through with the sale bc personally We prefer a long box for what we like to get into at times, and couldn’t go through with the deal. Chuck understood that and wasn’t pushy into making a deal. He respected our decision and we went on. We just happened to be in the area the following Thursday 07/28/22 and we just so happened to call Chuck and see what he had in store. A brand new 2022 GMC 2500HD AT4 long box just became available and we dropped by and that’s when Chuck really showed us what he had to offer. Professionalism, Respect, courtesy and a friendly attitude towards a smooth no BS transaction. Chuck we give you 10 stars for going above and beyond. You want to go to this place to get a car at a price that’s different then quoted they will make sure to take care of that. Also if you don’t like the price given to you in the beginning, no worries you have a great closer that will add more gap fees and shoddy shop warranties. Wait there’s more, who likes sitting through all that paperwork right, this place won’t go over the contract details they will actually rush you through the paperwork so fast you don’t actually have time to read what your signing. Overall I pulled out of the loan and enjoyed the car buying experience. 2 stars for the men and women that wake up everyday at Buick to feed their families by any means necessary!

Fisher has been extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. He made the buying process so easy and was able to get me everything I asked for. There was no back and forth.
