Skype is always sufficient in giving me the details of what was done on my vehicle and going over the paperwork and cost of repairs.

Skye in the service department nailed it- super quick and friendly. I was a little skeptical of the diagnosis but he followed through and everything is fixed! That’s why we leave it to the pros! :-) Service department got us in there in a pinch as well.

First impression was great. Making an appointment online was easy and I was called in to get an estimate for my service, which was going to be $110. When I arrived this morning at 930 I was quickly helped and they had all my information and was given an estimate of around $200 and a time frame of being done by 12:00pm so I decided to wait for my vehicle to be serviced. While waiting in the lobby I texted the service manager that had sent me a text at check in. I didn’t receive an update but finally got a call around 1pm stating a large list of repairs and an additional 20 minutes before my car was completed and was told I would be called as soon as it was done. After 2pm I checked in with the clerks to see my car sitting in the parking lot and they stated that it had already been done about 20-30 minutes, yet I received no call, text or someone checking into the lobby like I had seen every other customer be notified by the clerks. I am extremely dissatisfied in the service and inconsiderate attention of the staff. Had I known I would have wasted a whole day and paid more than what I was initially quoted I would have never agreed to the service.
