My husband called and paid a 25$ copay and had a 10min phone exam because he is Covid positive. The medical personnel was a nurse practitioner. He said he was going to send in a prescription order to be picked up in 45 min. My husband left home to get the medication an hour later expecting it to be there. He waited in the parking lot for another 30 minutes it never showed up. He attempted to call back and he got the phone hung up on him 3 times. Only are there for the money no patient care. My husband will be driving in tomorrow.

TERRIBLE experience. Only wanted to evaluate me over FaceTime and seemed bothered I wanted a physical exam. Then I go to the office and they don’t even take basic vitals or fix my simple issue. Had to go back a SECOND visit in one day to ACTUALLY see a physician and FINALLY get basic vitals done. Horrible care, also VERY offensive as the physican stated they are “not a dispensary” after I requested antibiotics due to my previous doctor fixing my problem like such. Incredibly offended and immediately going to switch from this group. Thank goodness my entire family did not make the switch.

I hurt my pointer finger and hand. I picked up paperwork from my dr office and asked for a appointment for my hand. The gal said go downstairs there is a urgent care right below us. I spoke to the gal that signs you in. She was nice. I had to come back 3 hours later. I was seen by a PA that made me feel bad like im wasting urgent care time. I was uncomfortable when i said I hurt my hand 2 weeks ago. The pains been bad and can't seem to heal it. He po pood me off said mri are very expensive but i can go have a xray if i want. Yes. I said i would go. It's none of his business why i waited 2 weeks. I did because my precious mother in law was dying with covid complications then passed and i made no time for me until now. I hope he can adjust his thoughts and be better with his bed side manners in the future should a patient take up his time the way I did. The med tech was awesome sweet gal.

I've gone to the urgent care here several times now for myself and my 2 year old son. Everyone is so nice and professional. I've never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes before being seen. They take the time to listen and are super helpful. Best urgent care I've been to.

Do any locations have access to an MRI?

MRIs need to be ordered by physician. The patient then goes to the imaging center once it’s approved by insurance. The mri usuallly needs to be scheduled and can sometimes takes a few weeks to get in.
