The massage was ok. The therapist was friendly and did an ok job. However the morning of the appointment, got a call 25mins prior to the appointment from them but they hung up in the middle of the conversation (could be a technical issue) but they never attempted to call back. I had to call back, no apology or whatsoever, only to find out my therapist called out so they booked me with a different one which is okay. Got in on time but the service was cut short (I had a 60min body massage). Started at 9:10 ish and finished at 9:50 so like 40 minutes? Also they never massaged the legs so I don’t know if that’s part of the body massage at this place. Anyway not worth the money.

I'm always happy with my massages in Temecula and Murrieta. They have done a great job with COVID and have been so happy to be able to come back. Very relaxing and love getting relief

I made my appointment weeks in advance for a birthday celebration and the day of was told the therapist had canceled and they were not able to get anyone else. We are vacationing here and this was extremely poor customer service since I booked 4 services and only 3 of our party was able to get their service. I never received a call or communication about the cancellation. Very disappointing and bad business.

The therapists are great but they definitely vary in technique. Some don't seem to want to spend time on certain areas where others spend too much. My main concern is the fact that they keep charging your card after your membership is up when you don't notify them that you want to cancel. I thought one year membership meant one year. Because I had not used all of my sessions I was put on the catch-up plan and you have to make sure to schedule a session before your next billing date otherwise you get charged again. I find this unacceptable. If I have sessions accrued I should not be charged since I have told them I did not want to renew my membership. I am only using what I have accrued. Other than that, they are a well kept store with friendly therapists.
