I’ve gone once before, easy and quick. They’re open everyday with more than reasonable schedule for everyone to get tested. I’ll be going again over the weekend for a rapid test to travel out of country. Extremely convenient

Set an appointment for 1030 in advance. Get there and wait on line for hour just to "check in." So now if at least one person is positive that puts eveeyone else at risk. What's the point of the appointment time? And don't bother trying to call. Sit on hold for hours and every 3 seconds the annoying "thank you for calling, please hold for the next available agent"

My son and daughter went for a 3:30pm appt and waited in line in the rain for 2.5 hours. This is with an appointment! They didn’t get home until after 6pm and if they didn’t have covid they will surely get a cold from this. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if the wait is 2.5 hours!

The individuals who performed our tests were friendly, kind and amazingly positive. I was extremely nervous driving up and they put both me and my Husband at ease. The people working and organizing the line had it down so well everything was clear and easy to follow. Results arrived via text at the 2hr mark but that was positioned it us during our testing process so we expected that. Thank you all.

When did you have your test?
We do not, but patients may be able to receive reimbursement from their health insurance company for all or a portion of their COVID-19 test. Please contact your insurance company for additional information as to whether you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for your COVID-19 test and how to apply.
