We are building a new home in another state, so we were only there to look at our choices for kitchen and laundry appliances. We were helped by Charlotte, who is very knowledgeable about the products and awesome to work with. She was able to locate the items we were interested in at the warehouse closest to where we are moving, and told us that they will store our items until the house is ready. Although some of the items are on back order, she was able to put a great package together for us, so we went ahead and ordered from her. I couldn’t be happier with our purchase, and the pricing was much better than the manufacturer’s website.

The young lady, Charlotte, who helped me was so calm, sweet and quickly found my same model and will have it shipped to my local store in 3 days! I rarely take the time to write a review but we had such a good experience, I really had to. We needed a refrigerator, our compressor had blown 3 days before Christmas, and we had already been to 5 places :-(. Supply was low at all and most places talked to us but sort of gave up on us since we needed something that was slightly out of the norm. Pacific Sales was basically our last attempt and as soon as we walked in the door we were enthusiastically greeted by Aaron & Jessi at the door and then immediately connected with Cameron, an associate to help us. Cameron was amazing! He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to find us the exact refrigerator we needed! And he got us scheduled for delivery that was super quick (5 days and that was including the Christmas holiday!). That was a huge relief because all we had was our small garage fridge until then and other places were saying 6-8 weeks! Then back up to the front to Aaron & Jessi again who helped us with the financing and figuring out the best options for us (Rewards back!) and then, out the door! It was quick (in a good way) AND, I couldn't believe it but flash forward 5 days and the delivery showed up ON TIME! And they were great too! Definitely above and beyond and our family is very grateful! Thank you to the whole team there!
