I’ve been here several times when my dr could not see me promptly. They give excellent care & pay attention to details. The office is extremely clean & staff are always pleasant. As a retired RN, I can highly recommend this Urgent Care Facility.

The PA, Rodney, was very kind and helpful today. The NP or PA I saw a couple of weeks ago was great too. And the front desk person has been very kind both visits as well. Both visits went pretty quickly considering how long urgent care visits have been in the past. I would definitely recommend Inland Valley U/C.

They are inaccurate about when their lunch is. You have to look both online and on the physical door for one of those old school paper clocks. But when you find it, they are true to their word. They have their own method of prioritizing who gets seen first, so don’t make bets, though it is clearly helpful to check in online. With all these hurdles, why r stars? Because when you follow the systems they have in place then it works. I didn’t feel like I was in Temecula Emergency room in an endless line of the helpless with zero information. When I went to the desk for clarity I received a straight forward answer and was permitted to help resolve it. The care provider was thorough and seemed to make sense. He gave me follow up instructions should his assessment be incorrect. And he told me my prescription would be ready in 40 minutes at my designated location, and it was exactly 40 minutes. Fast no. Thorough yes. And I prefer my health provider is thorough.

The doctor that saw me had excellent bedside manner. He was not only kind and extremely informative but took his time explaining what this crazy rash on my face was. He explained all the possible diagnosis I could have and then ruled out what it absolutely wasn't and then prescribed me some medication. They got me checked in fast and the entire visit took less then 30 minutes. I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility.
