I am not real tech savvy but was able to make my appointment online, register and when I drove up, from the second I went in there, I was immediately called to go in. Zach, the tech was outstanding. Of course I am nervous for my test and he just did not treat me like a number. He was super gentle when he had to insert the needle in my arm and explained the entire process. It could not have been a more pleasant experience for someone who had a lot of anxiety going in.

I had an ultrasound (US) procedure and Angela, the technician was very friendly and informed me when my US would be read by the radiologist, which was the same day of the procedure. I only waited about 5 minutes before I went in for my procedure. I have had various imaging studies performed at IHS in Oceanside and Encinitas and both locations are great.

Made an apt. online for MRI, called today to confirm. OUR online system is and sometimes is NOT accurate. THEN STINKING DON'T USE IT. Not going there ever again........... rr

Every time i have ever had to contact them, its always the rudest people ive ever spoken to. My doctor had to send my referral 4 times before they received it and when they did call to make an appointment they had so much attitude and was incredibly rude for no reason from the start. If i wasnt required to go here by my doctor i would never be in the vicinity of this place
