I haven’t left my house in five years and only go to the doctors. But I had to go to the office today because I was confused about some paperwork. I was terrified. I was helped by Kathy (Cathy) who was wonderful to me 🥹 I was anxious, crying & scared. She was making jokes to make me laugh. All while she was filling out paperwork for me. I could tell she understood what I was going though and made this terrifying experience very pleasant. Thank you Kathy 😊! I don’t know if you realize how much you have helped me. This place is horrible!! I can't tell you how many times I've sent legal documents to this place and have yet to recieve them back!!! I was told by Tom to come in and ask for him!! And he would have paperwork ready for me to pick up... and here we are another month later and nothing!! I will be going there today!

How to replace Social Security Card FAST: I went on Tuesday morning at 8:45 AM with filled out Social security card replacement form in my hand. Door opens at 9:00 AM. One person was ahead of me. I was in at 9:10 AM, out by 9:13 AM. Needed to show an ID. Passport was acceptable. Social security rep was pleasant. The security guard looked like an unhappy man. Replacement is FREE!

Wait time was good with 5 people in waiting area. Staff are very personable. Note they are NOT able to provide advice. It is not within their job specifications and prohibited by Federal Mgmt several administrations ago. Ask questions, do not ask for advice.

I'm disability and have my nedspend card but maybe I gunna moved with my sister to Rochester NY and she gunna help find my own place but I don't how long take to do transfer because only have disability money if something happens with disability check im very worry because only dependent in my disability check please can let me know if everything change because I have all my Dr's I therapist mental health so maybe I gunna take time to find another Dr and I'm very about that

Since you were married for over 10 years you might be able to receive some of your ex-husband's soc security. I don't know what the laws are if you're remarried. Talk to a lawyer
