I've bought quite a few items from West Elm, including their Box Frame Drop Leaf Expandable Table. It recently and suddenly developed a split in the wood grain. I contacted West Elm to see if they could provide any support but since the table was purhcased more than a year ago, they said they can't do anything. The table is 4 years old, which is not long for a piece of furniture that has been treated well and is supposed to be sustainbale. Furniture that isn't built well enough and has 0 support (not expecting it to be fully covered, but SOME accountability and support would be nice).

After a terrible experience at another furniture store I bought a beautiful sofa here, and had a great experience. The prices are a little high for what you get, but still better than 90% of what's out there. Overall very happy and Kamden was a doll!

Nice store - incompetent staff. Talked to a sales associate to check out. Ended up waiting for 10 minutes because she quickly helped another customer who was behind me in line. Ordered my items, gave her my discount code from an email I received earlier. She entered it but told me she needed a manager approval for it. She had to call her manager over. Who told me that I shouldn’t trust coupons. “Go to our site. See - there is no coupon mentioned.” Not in a nice way... No comment. Just sorry I didn’t get the person’s name to submit it to corporate. Will rectify that. After that: Will NOT be back.
