Lacks a feeling of safety. Hoops have chain nets due to problems of nets being cut. Graffiti paints most walls. Police will occasionally patrol the area. Suspicious individuals sometimes stroll around. The only silver lining is that because nothing is monitored, everything is free for use.

Not for the outdoor. It's on a first come first serve bench reservation. But there are officials there and there isn't alcohol allowed.
Still a nice park ppl die or get killed every were all the time doesnt stop that place of being nice lol
