My boyfriend bought me a Disney bracelet from there three weeks ago, not even a week later the chain broke so my boyfriend returned it and they told him they would order a new one and it would be ready to pick up the following Friday. Went in on Friday and the bracelet still hadn't arrived. Waited a week later to the following Friday and the bracelet is still not there! The customer service is rediculous. Totally unprofessional, the girls giggle the whole time. Will not be buying anything else from Daniels.

I've been at 2 different Daniel jewelers both places couldn't even give me a price to fix my medallion fit my chain?? How unprofessional they both were they even called other stores to ask for a price n quoted me 90 dollars n the other said 10 dollars!

They like you to take out credit,and pay it off and give you a higher amount and talk you into buying more and more🤐
