Poor service. The room was dirty and not maintained. I was getting bit by bugs during my stay. Upon arrival the cops were there along with a huge pool party late at night. I was unable to sleep comfortably. I will never be coming back here. I been to motels down the street better than this place.

One of the worst hotels that I got from Hotwire. This is not a hotel it's a motel. The structure is very old and the rooms very dirty. Beds were not at all comfortable and the springs were bouncy. The video of the TV was all messed up. Not sure how they have certified this as a 3 start hotel. Left next day. Checkout the pictures.

I will not recommend this hotel unless this is a very last resort. The room that we stayed in the first night was supposed to be a non smoking room, but the moment that we walked into the room it smelled like cigarette smoke and the walls were dirty. The next morning I requested a new room and the front desk clerk told me that they were going to have a new room ready for us. I opened the door to the new room and CLEARLY the room was not clean, the beds were not made and there was dirt all over the floor. I went back to the front desk and they contacted housekeeping, the person in charged of housekeeping insisted that the room was clean, but when they sent someone to check the room they realized that no one had clean the room. I was told that the room was going to be ready in 20 minutes, but when we went back three hours later, the room was still not clean. When I went back to the front desk the clerk at this time had a very bad attitude, she was rude and very disrespectful, she told me that housekeeping didn't get a chance to clean the room and they were gone for the night, but she can give me the linens and I can make the beds myself. Since we couldn't get a refund; we requested a new room, the new room had roaches, the toilet was not flushing properly and it was leaking, we notified the front desk, but they never fixed the bathroom. This hotel was disgusting, roached infested and they have horrible customer service. Overall a horrible experience.

Positive: Close to the location where I had business meetings. Quiet. Close to freeways. Negative: The website advertised a fridge and microwave, neither of which were in the room. Apparently for a $10/night fee I could get them, but reception didn't know if there were any. The property is several decades old and a bit run down.
