Someone mentioned about an Asian male staff being rude, and I agree. Had him today, and he was very unhelpful, arrogant and treats customers like servants. Worse yet, this post office is extremely small and does not provide much of the services I need. Travelling farther to another one next time.

Very disappointed in this location. There was a handicap customer in front of me needing a money order and wanting to get cash back. The employee (Asian male) was not being helpful at all. It seemed like he didn't care to help the handicap person. The customer was telling him that he could not see the card reader because he was in a wheelchair and the employee told them "well pick it up so you can see it", knowing that the customer couldn't move too much. Just shocked to see how disrespectful the Post Office employee was. The whole transaction was just the rmployre continuing to give attitude to the customer. Then it was my turn. I was sending over a package with a prepaid label that was a little faded. Faded enough for the scanner not to read the barcode, but clear enough to see the numbers. All the employee half to do is enter the numbers in the system so I can get a receipt..which I have done before in other Post Offices. He tells me that the barcode is faded so he can't give me a receipt. I told him why can't he just enter the numbers manually like they did in another office. Then he told me that I would have to go to a main location to enter them manually.....really!?!?!?...WOW!!..so I just left the package and took off. I will definitely NOT come back here. This kind of bad service at a Post Office and then they wonder why the Post Office might go bankrupt.

I made prepaid label on eBay. I selected flat rate padded envelope as the packaging. I went to this location to pick up one padded envelope, they were out of stock. I asked her if I could just use the flat rate envelope instead of a padded one as the rate online said a regular flat rate envelope was cheaper than a padded flat rate envelope and I don't mind if I overpaid I can't create a new label right now. She kept insisting that a regular flat rate envelope was more expensive to ship than a padded flat rate envelope even though I told her I looked up the rates. She also said that it will vary by weight, which is untrue with flat rate. I ended up shoving my package into the flat rate envelope and leaving it on the desk. Additionally this is your stereotypical post office, one person working with a huge line which if you're lucky if not going out the door yet.

George is sooo rude! He was yapping away with his co-worker, not acknowledging us, talked to us as if we were doing something wrong by asking him certain questions. Horrible customer service.
