This company does not care about their community. They constantly park in the bike lane putting people at risk and scream obscenities and try to physically confront anyone who asks them to not do so. I've also seen them dumping out trash and large buckets of ice directly into the bike lane. I hope anyone who actually cares about the well being of their community will look elsewhere.

The owner of this establishment is beyond rude! I just can’t understand if you are in the business of entertainment and customer service how can you be so rude. Very monotone and abrasive. We continue to support black businesses but have to deal with the scrutiny and nastiness within our own community. I’ll rather go to an elite event planning company that will MEET ME IN PERSON. Charge a consultation fee if you think you are going to waste your time. Don’t assume I’m broke( I did tell her I did not have a budget, I’m willing to spend whatever it takes) tone changed dramatically. Even after that she was continued to tell me how my event should be rather than listen to my request. She wasted 40 minutes of my time.
