Was dirty in lobby,very nice staff,order was correct and packaged nicely

i cant stop laughing, im not even mad. so i’m a doordasher. i get to the speaker, no one says anything for 5 minutes. i say hello, nothing. i pull to the window, i see a lady. i tell her i have two orders. she tells me they’re out of wings for one order. i call doordash support. employee disappears, no where to be found. doordash cancels the order with the wings. waiting on my second order. 10 minutes.. nothing. another 10 minutes.. nothing. i honk my horn. nothing. i call the store. no answer. ok fine let me call doordash again. i tell them i can’t reach an employee and the store is open 24/7. while i am telling doordash this, a guy comes to the window. you wanna know what he tells me? this is the funny part. “we’re closed.” i’m sorry did i hear that right. you mean to tell me, the lady i spoke to before, knew i had two doordash orders, repeated both orders, knew one was being cancelled and i had one more.. decided not to tell me they’re closed.. i don’t understand and i don’t think i ever will, but just know, i’m dying of laughter. still one star tho sorry.

We had a over all good experience. However, as usual the drive through line was a wait & the drive through window after paying and getting receipt & drinks we had to wait 15 minutes for order to be delivered to window. And the smell outside near the drive through is still bad.

First off, I waited like 30 minutes for my order after being told to pull in a parking space as they would bring it out to me. They eventually did ave a 2yr old could have cooked better food. Couldn't even eat the junk. I really believe it was just 1 staff working that morning. There were only 1 car in the parking lot, geez. Just close the door already will ya?
